Regular cleaning – Spic ‘n’ Span can clean your home at regular intervals that suit your individual needs at a competitive rate. Customers who choose to have a regular cleaning service can benefit from a lower hourly rate compared to our one-off cleaning service.
One off special cleans:
- End of tenancy cleans – Whether you’ve been renting through a private landlord or through a letting agency you’ll find that you are required to have the property professionally cleaned before you leave. The majority of landlords will be able to advise what is expected but don’t worry as our capable experienced cleaners will leave the property exactly as is required.
